Incompetent Thieves, outrageous fees, Nightmarish customer service

Paymentech credit card processing is the worste company I have ever dealt with. They take money from your account that they shouldn't and it takes months to get the money back. I have been dealing with THEIR mistakes for almost a year! First I was being charged the wrong fees and they refused to refund them. Then they couldn't seem to get me the correct pinpad for my machine and when one of the pinpads that had been sent to me was "lost" they charged me the $500.00!!! That was on top of the $250.00 they charged me for "closing" and account that I did not close! Keeping in mind I run a SUBSTANTIAL amount of money through them every single month! They refused to refund me the money for the "lost" pinpad and when I wanted them to credit me for the pinpad that I bought and paid for and wanted to return they refused to do that as well!
They also have tons of hidden fees that I didn't see disclosed anywhere on my contract. And I know what to look for because when I signed up with them I worked for Chase Bank. There are so many other companies out there you can do credit card processing through that charge less the HALF what Paymentech charges.
If you are using Paymentech, pay the cancellation fee and run. Fast!
