Bi-Cell, Quill Wills, Quill Assets, Get to know Spain are companies set up by Simon Harris. Simon Harris is a serial fraudster who has spent time in Liverpool prison. He set up his Quill Wills franchises in the UK ripping of hundreds of people with some of them loosing their life savings. He was eventually wound up by the High Court in London and fled to the island of Lanzarote.in Lanzarote he carried on with his wills business though was too stupid to change the name.instead of selling franchises he went direct to the local market - retired expats enjoying their twilight years with their life savings. The wills have no legal value in Spain as they are not officially translated and have not been stamped by a public notary. Unfortunately they only find out that they have been conned after one of the spouses dies.
This market started to dry up so Simon Harris set up Quill Assets to sell so called tax shelter which he conned people to believe that they would be able to save thousand on tax when purchasing a property through one of his companies. This was fraud on a far bigger scale, taking 5 to 6 thousand euros from clients to set up these tax shelters and then charging them 500 euros a years for accountancy work. The accounts where all fake and a lot of people also ended up forking out a lot of money in unexpected sales tax. These people where then left in a mess with the Spanish and UK tax authorities as well as loosing a huge amount of money.
This also came too much to handle for Simon Harris who then decided to start the same thing again using a different name, Bi-Cell, which is now trying to lure peopel buying in mainland Spain as Lanzarote is no longer an option.
He will now struggle as the UK daily papers are all aware of his scam and he is banned from advertising with them.
