Ripoff false advertising promise credit card & received nothing online scam

I applied, for usa. Platinum card on line, thinking i was going to receive credit card, but never received anything.

I paid 149.00 using account iformation on line, and another 29.00 a week later, that they withdrew, i have not receive anything since.
