I received a notice from my bank notifying me that my account was over drawn because of a charge to my account from USA Benefits (xxxxxxxxxxx) in the amount of $19.95. When I asked the rep at the bank what the charge was for, she did not know, but googled the company name and at that time I was advised to contact usacomplaints.com as the first hit was a forum stating how others had been charged the same unauthorized by this company as I did. I tried to contact the company directly and was told that they could not and would not help me in getting the funds back into my account with my bank.
