My credit report does not accurate reflect a old Real Estate loan that was forecloused upon in 01-03. The second lien holder CitiFinanical continues to show this accout with activity every month. I can also recall when CitiFinanical posted an inquiry every day or week just to increase the number of inquires. This also reduced my credit score.
CitiFinancial sent me a letter back in 6-03 indicating a Charge-off, and eventually sending the the IRS a 1099-C for the amount of $47K.
Yet, as of this year they claim the loan amount is $53k.
When I call CitiFinanical they are rude anid not helpful at all.
They won't even transfer me to their legal department.
When I try to apply for a refi on other property the umderwriters claim that the foreclosure was too recent. Credit scores are gettinig lower anid lower. Citi-Financial continues to violate FCRA rules and regulations.
What I want is my credit report to accurately reflect the true information.
I also want Citi-Financial to stop posting inacurate data on my credit report.
How do I measure the damages?
All responses are welcomed!
