Diane Glatfelter of K2Unlimited, 211 Ventures and now BRN Network still has not responded according to her own contract. Her contract promises that they will provide evidence of collateral or a binder to show funding is in place. She never provided such evidence and is keeping a $25000 retainer, which in her contract states is refundable if no efvidence is provided. Diane and her partner are now under investigation by the feds and more is coming.
