Sent fraudulent check for 4500 dollars required me to take 10% check was not real

Sent fraudulent check for 4500 dollars required me to take 10% check was not real was sent email by this individual offering me 10% of what ever the checks amount was and to wire him the rest. Once wired the check was stopped and i had already sent the money. So now im left to pay back money i sent to him.
