Call-Centers located in Georgia, Texas, and Florida

VP Marketing conducts itself in questionable business activities due to their hiring call center representatives that are not screened. Their hiring procedure consists of a group interviews, candidates are selected subjectively, and then candidates selected are scheduled for a basic training on what information to collect from callers. They are then given a phone script of what to say to callers and then they are released to start answering inbound calls generated via their auto-dialers. Once credit card information is collected, there are no tight security measures to prevent the Customer Service Agents from stealing that information and then defrauding customers (i.E., credit card forms completely filled out can be easily stolen and used for identity theft purposes).

VP Marketing aka VistaDebt aka Account Services aka Safe Ride Warranty aka Paradise Shipping aka DT aka 1st Metropolitan Atlanta Realty is in the business of credit reductions services, warranty issuance services, Financial Planning services, and Real Estate office.

VP Marketing core operation operates as follows: Inbound calls are pre-qualified for the debt program with the customer's credit card information. A Customer Service Agent then explains the program via script to the credit card holder to determine if the credit card holder wants to receive a package or do negotiations on the spot. Once credit holder qualifies and authorizes charges on recording, the CSA request the credit holder's personal contact information for a package deal or live negotiations. If a package deal, the credit holder receives a welcome package asking to fill out an invoice for additional services. The credit card holder is then referred to financial planning (customer service agents at different location) to be sold additional services.

VP Marketing appears to be a front operation for something much more sinister behind scenes. Telemarketing scams are rampant in our society and the way that this company handles the public's private information could be putting consumers nationwide in jeopardy.

This company should be thoroughly audited to discover if the credit card information is being sold to 3rd parties or because the company does not actively do background checks on its' new hires and their lack of strict security in the handling of public credit card information, these unprofessional business practices maybe directly affecting consumers and thereby violating the rights of consumers.
