Seems to be a trend with ALW Sourcing. They file a hard inquiry on your credit report for a debt which is too old for legitimate collection, then they bombard you with automated collection calls.
ALW seems to have a way to identify people who have good credit scores now but old, out of statute of limitations debts. I am a lawyer, so I am filing suit this week.
I intend to sue ALW and its CEO, William R. Allen, Jr. Sure looks to me like they have violated Texas and Federal law on debt collection. If there is an existing class action out there, would like to know about it.
