Charged me a setup fee, never heard from them again

I sent them the 37.94 'set up' fee, the first 'parcel' is a copy of their terms on the website. Requested flyer approval, requested stuffing supplies. All is done by mail. They do not provide a phone number, I tried reverse look-up and was unsuccessful although I did find the physical address at mapquest.
