Pinnacle Credit Services attached a delinquent claim to my credit report sometime in January delinquent to the amount of $99.00, stating that NE Commsoft was the original creditor.
My account with Cellular One, a cell phone contract, ran from December to December. My records indicate it was paid in full with a note stating I had spoken with a person at Cellular One to correct the last bill and was informed on 1/23/02 that my account was noted as paid in full.
Pinnacle never contacted me that they had an account to collect. Cellular One never sent me any delinquent notices once I spoke with their personnel.
Both Experian and TransUnion have this negative claim on my record which I disputed, but they claim is valid.
I called Cellular One and was informed that the account is too old and if it was sent to collection it would have gone to ForeScore Collection Agency 888-889-6830 where I was transferred to another agency who gave me the number for Pinnacle listed below.
I called Pinnacle at 952-939-8100 and was told this is what I now owe, now up to $156.00.
