Ripoff outlandish late fees they tricked and lied to us victimized many consumers

I don't think that I should have to pay this when i didn't ever get a card from them. They say that I owe them $557.93, i have a credit limit of $8500 and now I have a credit available of $7942.07. This is really rediculous and they really need to have something done to them.
