Bayside lending has been blacklisted by several major sellers as a Buyer of Bulk REO purchasing. They claim to have the funds to close and filed on two seperate transactions when it came time to prove funds. They are information gatherers that simply try to get names and phone numbers so that they can circumvent any and all intermediary. They wasted hours of hard work put in by all parties in these transactions and when it cam time to proof up they made lame excuses to back out of the transaction. Do not waste your time being sold on their abilities as they talk a great game and they lure you in with the promise of big commissions. Ken Shartz, Steve Johnson and Bobby are the reps with Bayside that we dealt with. Bobby is the main mouthpiece that did all the talking and then all the waffling.
