I was contacted by phone, by a fast talking representative on June 12 by Capital First and was offered a Mastercard with a 0% fixed rate for a fee. I was told that my membership paackage would be sent after paying them an initial$25.

Upon receiving the package, I waited for the package to come in the mail it didn't come in the time they said 7 to 10 business days it didn't come, so I called 1-866-892-6018,7/23/02 and talked with a representative name Al and he said he will send out another package and it will take another 7-10 business days.

I said fine whatever. So I waited for 30 minutes, and I called back again and talked with Diana, and I told her that I wanted to cancel this service and she went on, "NO NO NO this is such a great service to REBUILD your credit, " she said well if you cancel we can only refund you the $59.95, we can't refund the $99.95, I told her that I want all my money back.

She put me on hold, came back she told me that they can only refund the $59.95. I told her I want this service canceled she said, "no just try it out for the trial, once you receive the package look at it, and if you still don't like it, call us and we will cancel. I said fine. I received in the mail a free 10 day trial long distance calling card from Premium Mega Saver.

The document stated that I had given verbal permission to withdraw $54.90 a month from my account so I tried to call 1-866-237-0313, and I just kept getting a message, saying "313" and then it hang up, where I really got frustrated, was when I called 1-866-892-6018 and i talked with a rep name Carolyn I was inquiring if she had any information on this Premium Mega Saver company, she told me NO, and that the information for them is provided in the informational package that had been provided, ok she put me on hold the phone was disconnected, I called back spoke with Alex, and I explained the situation to him, and he told me that well they don't have any affiliation with that company I will have to call the number that is in the packet, I told him that number do not work, so I conference in on the line the recording that I was hearing, all he could say was maybe their lines or system is down, and from the information that he had received from a previous caller that's what it sounds like, so keep trying I asked him is there a way he can try and call the number he said no, "they cannot make outbound calls, I asked to speak with a supervisor, he said they don't have any information, on this company and they can't inqire about this company or provide us with information. I told him so what you are telling me is that you all advertise the perks, but you don't have ANY ANY information on the other services? He said that is right maam, is there anything eles I can help you with. I told him cancel my service right now I don't want to hear how much of a great savings this is going to be, it is costing more havick than what it is definetly worth, you're telling me that it is a way for me to REBUILD my credit, this program is more problems it is creating a debt.

So please cancel the service, and I inquired about once i cancel this service will I receive a confirmation letter that I cancelled this service he said NO! What I would have to do is write a letter to: Capital First, Premium Mega Saver, 18495 South Dixie Highway #228, Miami Florida 33157.

I said ok whatever hung up. After I called the FBI in Texas, to file a complaint, then I called the FBI in Portland OREGON where I am living, so the proper authorities are becoming aware of this situation. If anything of all of our situations the more peaple to call and complain the better the results. They advise for me to try and get in contact with the Premium Mega SAVER and try and cancel because they have taken out the $54.90 for this month 9-06-02. They also advise to notify my bank, most likely will have to file a unauthorized ACH debit. I am still trying to get in contact with Premium Mega Saver so if anyone have a different # than the 1-866-237-0313,
