My name is Annease and I was on the internet applying for signature loans. I put all my personal information including checking account information and this company helped me find a loan company.
There were a few companies that were trying to solicit business and USA Credit was one of the companies. I did not want to buy anything, all I wanted was to get a personal loan and said to skip and get me my money; that is the exact words on the screen.
In the meantime these people have my information thru some one elses company. I do not appreciate USA Credit taking my money without my permission. Why would I want to pay for a credit card that is not a visa or mastercard.
I do no like this decit and miss representation. I do not know any email address becaus I was going through loan companies and this was like a survey or a popup survey. I call this office and the customer service rep was so rude and uncaring. She knows this company is stealing people's money. I pray something will be done about this.
