Multiple harassing phone calls

I simply acquired a phone from GC Providers. The person asked me visit a neighbors home to depart his (GCis) phone number on her doorway. It was an unusual phone since the first issue he questioned me was, "is the friend house today?" I named the amount back about one hour later along with a woman responded. There is lots of noisy audio and fun within the history. I'd never heard about GC Providers before and questioned when the phone was legit or if somebody was covering her house. I had been going to contact law enforcement, but considered to Google GC Providers.
