I did business with this company a couple of years ago to try to pay off some debts... They are in the debt settlement business. I finished my business with them and haven't had any correspondence with them via mail or telephone.
As of yesterday (August 15), I was doing some online banking and noticed that this company made 3 unauthorized debits from my account for over $1000.00. I was shocked and mad as hell. I tried to call them immediately and the line was giving a busy signal for hours, even late into the night. I tried again this morning to contact them... Same thing... A non-stop busy signal... You can't get through on their phone line. I had their website saved, so I navigated to the link and clicked to go to the website... What a surprise! The website has disappeared!
Next, I went to the Better Business Bureau to find out more information about the company... They have 2 pages of complaints against them for numerous things, including fraud... The majority of the complaints remain unanswered and unresolved. Needless to say, they have an "Unsatisfactory" rating with the BBB.
My next move was to get to my bank and file a claim against the unauthorized charges. I spent an hour at the bank this morning filing claims, closing my account and opening a new one. My bank claims to have an excellent fraud investigation team... But I was told that there is no guarantee that they can recover my money.
This company is a fraud. They are thieves. They have so many complaints against them already, I can't believe that they are still allowed to be in business. My next move is to contact the Attorney General's office in Florida and file a complaint with them. I sympathize with anyone who is going through a similar experience with this company.
