On the 20th of July I received an overdrawn from my bank. I really do not remember signing up for edp. I have gone to my bank and made a statement to that affect. I tried calling to have them cancel and refund my money. The auto answering service said to e-mail. I sent an e-mail on the 23rd stating that I did not remember signing up and I wanted my $159.95. They sent a message stating that I did sign up online. They would not refund me the money.
On Tuesday July 24th 1:53PM MT I sent them this message

Comments: when i signed up for your card, i did not relies it was going to be for $159.95. If i did i would not have signed up for it. Please do not send me the card. This is to expensive for my budget.

We have found your online order which is proof of authorization for the purchase of the prepaid debit card. After reviewing proof of authorization for your order of the prepaid debit card, according to the date 7/14/07 you submitted your online order and per the Terms & Conditions you agreed to you are not eligible for any refund. As stated on the order, cancellation requests made more than three (3) business days from the date you submit your online order will not receive any refund. Once the order has been submitted it is an automated process which can not be stopped. At the time of submitting the online order, the computer IP address, time and date was captured for security. You may request the prepaid debit card to not be mailed to you or keep the prepaid debit card order as is. Please let us know, if you want to stop debit card from being mailed or leave order as is in either case no qualifying refund applies.
