Mail Fraud, Theft

This company sent a pre-approved credit card offer for which I sent a check for $49.00 to expedite the processing. They cashed the check but three weeks later I still have not heard anything from them. I will be getting a copy of the check to see which bank they used and will proceed from there in an attempt to get these People Jailed First.
