I signed up and paid $419.00 to AC Financial to help me obtain a small Buisness Grant and got nothing

I paid $419 to AC Financial to help us get a Grant for small business start up. They stayed in contact with me at first and even told me my packet had arrived at there office and they would be sending it out to me so i could complete my portion they even went as far as telling me they would be calling me to help me through the forms to make sure everything was accurate. Now i can't get in touch of anyone from there company. The person i was dealing with was going by the name Lee Henderson.
