US Fast Cash
Basically called me a liar, difficult to work with regarding repayment of loan

I was completing the application process online and noticed that the website kept defaulting my pay periods back to bi-weekly even though I selected twice monthly. I clicked the back button a couple of times to change it back to twice monthly and thought it stayed the last time. I didn't notice that the document sent to my e-mail address had the incorrect pay off due date on it until I read it over a second time later in the day.

I e-mailed US Fast Cash immediately about the issue. They responded by telling me I had to call them in regard to the issue. I was extremely busy at work that week and was unable to take time to call them. I faxed over documentation about the issue the day they were to debit my savings account regarding the issue but it was too late, they had already attempted to take the money from my account and it was returned NSF. The debit was attempted again, after my correct payday, was paid, and a $30 NSF fee was also taken.

I spoke with a representative in regard to the issue and was told that they are on their website everyday and that no such thing had been happening in regard to the pay period selection. The appearance of the application web page has changed since then where the pay period selection is displayed. I was also told that US Fast Cash doesn't debit savings accounts for pay day loans but they debited mine and received the money out of it for the payment and NSF fee.

How is that possible if they are unable to debit a savings account AND why would their website ask if paid by direct deposit to savings and offer to have my savings account debited for the fees and payments? The representative, by this time, had pretty much called me a liar twice. I know what I saw.

I am a computer programmer and also know, unfortunately, that no software runs perfectly, if it did, I'd be out of a job! I wanted to switch my pay dates to be the correct ones so they could continue to debit my savings account to get their money but they refused. I had to give them a credit card to get my money from. They charged $90 to it on my last payday. They want to charge $150 to it on my next payday then another $150 on the pay day after that.

To be totally honest, they have a better chance of getting the money from my savings account to which my paycheck is direct deposited than they do of getting the money from my low credit limit credit card which is very near its limit. I can't make a payment to my credit card on payday fast enough to cover the $150 they will attempt to charge to it on payday. It is a no win situation for sure.

A person to contact if you want to attempt to get assistance is Mark Rodriquez at 1-800-636-9460 extension 419, Mon-Fri, 8-5 central time. I've actually had experiences with several pay day lenders and this one is by far the worst one I've encountered.
