Providian offered to Washington Mutual who the offered to SST. Our charge card payments were usually instantly ebilled from my lender to Providian (and afterwards Washington Mutual). SST statements they never obtained their cost, improved my rate of interest towards the max and charged me a late charge. Subsequently, after I named them-and had a "boss" consider it (HAH, you will find NO administrators, simply clerks which make notations on the document) I obtained a phone each and every day informing me that I had been in standard and had a need to spend them straight by telephone that evening. Our lender faxed evidence of cost for them on the three way with me but nothing changed. Every day the owner stated the same: the calls were automated and when somebody responded then your records were read plus they were SO SORRY to possess worried me... Again. I settled the following month electronically using SST's tackle... However it got there "overdue"... 4 days after it quit my lender. (Electric payment? I can hand deliver it faster. 42 days later they backdated the exchange cost, eliminated ONE overdue charge and stated my rate of interest was currently maxed. This month's cost, delivered July 28 from my lender "electronically" won't achieve SST until September 5 based on the SST repetition. Another "late charge". I'm likely to shut this dog but from what I below which may be hard to complete.
