Ripoff / cannot reach a live person to make full payoff of loan nationwide

A loan of $300 was offered to me by mte. Someone called to verify info. After which i asked for a number to reach them by. The tel.# has a recording with no live person to speak to. I would like to cancel my loan but cannot speak to anyone so the interest will continue to be deducted automatically from my account
