I went to look up my checking account this morning to pay my rent and it is short $149.95. USA Credit took that amount from my account without my authourization. I tried to call to make sure that it was not a credit card payment mistake but, it was not.
When i called it said hours were 9-5 eastern and that they were closed. They should have beeen open since it is 10:30am on the east coast right now.
This will now take my bank a week to put money back into my account that i need. This is not the first time that a company from the internet has done this to me.
I am glad to see that there is now a website to do a complaint about this company. I hope that there is actual follow up. I am a singl parent working two jobs, I do not need someone taking money out of me account for the heck of it.
