Ripoff consumer fraud ripoff

Took $249. Oo out of my account and promised me a credit card this was back in Feb. Have called them several times and they said to look in the mail it should be coming. I filed out all the paperwork and fax it to them and still nothing has happen. I have wrote them a letter stating i want my money retuned. Have heard nothing from them.
