Unauthorized Excessive charge ripoff

It's pretty simple: I bought a registry cleaner online (at midnight) for a special of $9.99. It said I could pay with PayPal so I clicked the PayPal logo, but when it came to the final checkout it wanted my Debit Card info. For some reason ("Mad Cow" disease?) I gave the information.

I then found the next morning (about 8-hours later) that Clickbank took $39.99 rather than the $9.99.

I didn't waste time trying to contact Clickbank and disputed the charge which was through PayPal. I also closed my Debit Card and ordered a new one.

The, AFTER THE FACT, (this morning), I checked here and found that I am not alone. I will probably get it back because I know the system pretty well and can make life miserable to Clickbank if they screw with me.
