Parents, now dead, had Disc with Wachovia unfamiliar to property executor/trustee of confidence. POA, may, etc. Currently on document with lender; when consideration closing required to property, bank properly required modification to trust displaying successor trustee. Successor trustee was called in notarized copy of revised trust.; sent quickly to lender with particular demand to facilitate. Four times after fax, Wachovia subsequently delivered notice via snail-mail to deceased dad (bank had equally death records) requesting he (who had been useless) get his signature notarized calling successor trustee (currently called, authorized and notarized in modification to confidence provided to lender). Notice was obtained 8 times after fax seeking "facilitate." Main point here: nobody cares only at that lender. Together of two kids and also the 1st successor trustee, I had been informed that "... Wachovia does not have to complete business along with you, as you're not our client...". I have started a proper problem using the New York state bank fee. After numerous guaranteed times have passed by, the financial institution today explained the check was delivered via overnight email recently; at the time of 8 pm today, the bundle hadn't yet been acquired by UPS.
