Ripoff Has sent my sister a letter claiming she was in an auto accident claims she has to pay $904.27

AFNI Has sent my sister a letter claiming she was in an auto accident claims she has to pay $904.27. She had not been in an accident at that time. We have called The sheriff's departments in the surrounding countys and they have no record of it. They claim she hit a woman from kansas we live in Tennessee. They actually have her name wrong but they have her car info, license info and address. The paper's she has been geting has an address from P.O. Box 20938 Ferndale, MI 48220 at the top then at the bottom it has P.O. Box 3068 Bloomington, IL 61702-3068. We have recieved other letters with the 404 Brock Drive Bloomington, IL 61702-3097 address. They give this number to contact (866) 889-1608. The heading of the letter says.
