Ripoff promises 10,000 dollar credit card no card ever shows up in the mail! Costs 37 bucks for nothing in return!

Union Workers Credit Services promised my husband a credit card with a $10,000 credit limit. It claims to have a low interest rate of 5%. I sent in the $37 membership fee, and received nothing months later. I called the company and they said it takes months for people to receive the card after it's place in the mail. What a scam!
