USA Platinum Credit
I called them to cancel my account because I never approved it. They gave me a cancelation number and they credited my account back and again this month they took money from account and I have no number for them

I never approved for them to take money out of my checking account and they did. My last name wasn't even right that they had. So I called them to cancel it out and they gave a confirmation number and credited my account. I checked my account on line and they took money out once again. Now I can't find there number.
