I was charged $159.95 from my checking account without authorization to do so. Ripoff California

I was charged $159.95 from my checking account without authorization to do so, I never got any creditcard from these people. It was suppose to be just an application and if approved they were suppose to deposit the $1500. No money deposited but they took my money.
