City-Payroll had withdrawn funds from your company bank account for payroll taxes for the first 2 quarters of 2006. They did not paythe IRS and the State of Maryland.in April epayroll Plus in CT has acquired the clients of citypay and is refusing to pay the IRS and the state of Md.

City-Pay is no longer in business and our tax payment is overdue.
