Got a letter from these Rotweilers yesterday, demanding an OBSCENE amount of money which they allege I owe Beneficial Finance, who have also been REPEATEDLY and SUCCESSFULLY sued in court over their questionable business practices over the past several years. Like you, I am also asking the same question: WHY ARE THEY STILL BEING ALLOWED TO RIP PEOPLE OFF?
My attorney is also curious as to why this is happening, as he is gathering evidence in order to file another lawsuit against Beneficial because they REFUSE to behave. And I am sure he will want to know the same about Hanna, when he receives his copy of that letter today.
