I had my identity stolen in 2001 and several accounts were opened using my SSN. I noticed and corrected the problem in 2003. Or at least I thought I had! Now I'm getting calls from True Logic Financial (a collections agency) and GC Limited Partnership in San Antonio, TX. I've explained to these people that this account is not mine and have subsequently sent letters to the original account holder asking for an explaination.in the meantime, I continue to get these calls even AFTER I've asked that they NOT contact me.
The people at GC Limited have not left a message for me, but my caller ID provides the number and dates of contact. These people are NOT willing to work with you and automatically assume that the person they are calling is the person they are looking for! Not in my case and i want them to stop!
