Experian has re-aged 2 accounts on my credit report. They have been charged off (yes I know my fault. One charged off 12/04 the other 1/05. This stinking company has reaged them to July 06! They say verified with OC, but that is wrong. I have the original letters saying whent he charge off date is. I have disputed several times and it alwasy coems back "updated - verified". I am getting these two account paid off, however I am filing a lawsuit for violations on not onyl Experian but Trans Union as well.
They do not follow the laws in fair reporting. I have also filed a complaint with the FTC and the AG.
