This company states it one ;proccessor for cc cards, yet when we had a problem, actually several they give a different number 1-877-754-0530 and the same lady answers, acting if she was in a different place, without no supervisor or manager to help out.
However this company ripped off and actually damaged a young girls home based company, by losing her deposits for over a week, but 1st refused to correctr a error in the account numbers that one of their data persons made a mistake in entry, although we all make mistakes,
they acted like she was at fault and said that it was not their problem if she got chargebacks on.
Then after 2 weeks they corrected the number, but then again deposits would be lost for a few days, and then they ordered her to send them the shipping invoices, after again she complained about the slow payments, which securepay has kept, thus causing the business to fold now, today, after she again called to find out why it had been six days since a deposit, someone named anthony bonventure said he tempory froze her assets, like a retailiation, and said there was a chargeback request, from the 13th, today is the 19th, which she was not advised of, since the payment was never processed. This comapny should be closed, then when we reported this to cts holdings, they had this same day got several complaints of them as well,
So to persons wnating to accept cc cards, do not use securepay.com it is a ripofff and cost you your business
