I know is a lot customers like me and I invited to report the same experienced that I had.
Back to february they placed their ad into Connecticut News Paper, their ad was offering some good deals regardless your credit score that I though it was to good to be true. I went to this dealership in order to trade my car and I had received a good welcome by a young Gentleman whose name is Mark. He was trying to help to get a good deal with my car which I was asking if their any lexus into this deal and suddenly an another sales rep interupted us and started to harassed me offering a lexus 1999 that they were trying to sell it for long time.
They showed me the car and it impressed me. The car was looking in good condition and running without any problem. So, I decided to buy it. However, they started to looking credit for me and I noticed that they were trying to sell this car no matter what, but I was so exicting that I ignored them. I was trusting to this company, that I didn't care.
Them, after severals hours they get the final number and I got suprised the money that I will started to pay which was to high. So, I asked them why I have to pay so high and why should pay downpayment.in your ads was telling the contrary. They explained me something that I was skeptical. However, I thought that after one year I could refinance. So, I took it.
Next date they called me and ask me to go back to their dealer, I didn't understand why. So, I went to their financial dept. I got suprised that they had made the mistake with the bank and it went up my monthly payment. I didn't get it why, so, I agree trusting that the cars was worth.
After two month driving my car, start to have problems, they just gave only three month of warranty. I was suprised that the lexus was having to much problem. I was spending more money fixing the car that it caused me alot of problems with my previous lenders.
One of inspectors from Geico inspected the car and he found that it was lemon. This dealership sold the car in bad conditions. I went back to them and I found that the sales represantives were fired and change ownership. They said that they couldn't do nothing???
I said that I didn't care and I want my money back. Since I had the car I have hard time to sell it and I have so many problems to pay bills because I was spending my money to fix the car. I have two friend that was a mechanics in this dealership and they said that the company was fixing illegally
My point here is that this dealership still placing the same ad but differences is that they stated "good credit" or " good credit condition" which is controversy.
This company has not credibility at all on their ads, a lot customer going over there and turning back frustrated.
