Home eq won't evevn give a company that is trying to refinance my mortgage the correct payoff.
They have illegally charged me $3,000.in late charges while in a "catch up" program, and i was told by them not to worry about the charges,
"ill email my supervisor, you don't owe them"..
Well, i've tried for 3 years to get that settled, even gave them the name and phone number of the contact and they all said the same thing.
"we can't get a hold of her"
Ia have witnesses to this fraud.

They are looking at cases like this and may help in putting together a class action suit. Do it now, put these gangsters in their place.
