I too was a victim of EDP Reporting who without my authorization or consent electronically debited 159.95 from my checking account supposedly for a pre paid visa card.
After trying to get through to them for literally HOURS I finally did an on line chat with someone named Jasmine who basically told me "tough luck" and that I would need to file a police report etc etc etc.
I ended up having to file a fraudulent check claim with my bank-closing my account and opening a new one.
I did file a report with the California Attorney General's office and BB Bureau-I dont know if that will help or not but...
What amazed me about this whole ordeal is the fact that my bank (Bank of America) could not just stop payment on my authorization and get my money back. (they paid the check even though it caused my account to be overdrawn)
What a freakin nightmare!!!
Beware of acclaim visa!!!
