I found this website by mistake as many other Cresent Bank & Trust customers have. I am truly disappointed by the service that I have recieved from Cresent Bank & Trust. My story is franticly similar to all of the stories listed on this site. I am not going to go into my story to much because I have a pending lawsuit against this company. From my understanding Cresent Bank & Trust is based out of New Orleans, LA and it is crazy because I helped out with food drives, emergency money drives for the displaced people from New Orleans. I urge all consumers who are having troubles with this bank to learn your laws in your state as well as LA. Also, it very important that you keep all documents and any phones calls make sure you get the names of each collector, customer service rep and manager that you speak with. If you feel that you have been violated by Cresent Bank & Trust in the following areas: Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Privacy Act; Please contact a local attorney in your area who deals with the Consumer Law. Believe it or not there are Consumer Laws out there that will protect you! I also would suggest that you file a complete with the Attorney Generals office on Cresent Bank & Trust. The more complaints the better.
