Ripoff ripped off and scammed

I was lead to believe this was a visa card then they took my money and gave me a card to order from a book of things i would not have I can;t get a phone number for then to cancel this card i'm conserned it will hurt my credit more for having a line of creditof 15.000.00 that i will never use if you could help me get a phone numberSherriCarolina Beach, North Carolina
