Deceptive company ripoff people with false gurantee about pre approval of visa and master cards

Around the end of February I receie a phone call from Advantage credit services. The call was made to me by a rep named Ordelia. She said I had been pre approved for a visa and a master card each to have a limit no less than 1500 dollars. To receive these cards all I had to do is pay 198$ for the processing.

It took two months for this package of credit cards to arrive and when it did arrive all I got was discount cards with a credit establishment package that said If you were unsatisfied with the company to send back the package. So I did and two weeks later here I am still waiting for my money tobe refunded.

I called the advantage office to see what was going on with my money and she said I was contracted to something I didn't sign or agree to and basically because I didnt want to apply for credit cards through them I was out 200 dollars.
