I was divorced an had bills backed up from my ex. I took custody of my son an tried to start a new life just him an i.
So i seen this add on a credit card to help with my credit problems. It was a 0 % interest on balances transfered for a year so i thought it would be good to get the higher cards interest taken care of an put them on this one.
Also i was to receive a phoenix gold card with a package a card to send in for the mastercard.
I received the package an sent the card about 3 moths went bye no major credit card called they gave me a number to diversified retail bank 407-251-7173
I called them they need a physical address to send card so i gave them one still no card after month so called again number changed 407-251-9264 said card was sent no card
Called again new # 407-582-0320 said sendin a new card never came called again new # 407-582-0984
This time just get recording an have left 6 messages an no call back so i do believe this company as well is in the same business as acs screwing people.
I am sorry i am a single father trying to make it an better my sons life an people have to do this shit now i am out $219.95 an will probably never see a card or my money back.
