From reading the previous gentleman's report concerning this guy, I now know why I keep recieving bogus calls from "Kovac Insurance". When I answer there is no one ever on the other line. Now I know that my phone is ringing with no one on the other line because this guy is trying to send a fax to my phone. What an idiot he must be.
