Ripoff ripoff business from hell consumer rip-off fraud

I was sent an invitation for a $15,000.00 line of credit and a magazine for the card. There is no phone number or cataloge on the web anywhere and I have not been able to get in touch with a real person. The initial fee was 49.00. I can not order from the magazine because there is no order form and can't log in because you need a pin which they will not send. What bull!!!
