Palisades Collection LLC, Seems to have gotten around on credit reports. Luckily for me, I have been checking my credit report frequently and have come across this acct which I know isn't mine. This acct has been open since 2004 which since have been sent to an 'attorney' and other sources to get their money, but yet, I havent been contacted. Since it have been on my report as a negative rating, shouldn't I have seen this and how long I have been delinquent on this acct on my credit report? Shouldn't they have tried to contact me? Why is there absolutely no history from 2004 til now? Why isn't there an address or phone number to where PALISADES COLLECTION LLC can be contacted?
It started to seem like this is fraud and I decided to take steps and look on the internet for some clues. Thats where I came to this wonderful site and saw MANY reports of this same company trying to get money from people whom never had a cell phone or know the acct isn't theirs. I have disputed this same acct 2 times. I will be contacting all 3 credit agencies and getting this report off my report, immediately. Either it gets off my credit or this will be taken to civil court. I will keep everyone updated.
