Time is off the essence. All that we require is that you complete your questionnaires and respond to our requests for information within a reasonable amount of time. They will take your money, have you prepare everything for them (otherwise they will charge you more money), and then treat you so poorly that it will push you away to do business elsewhere. Not to mention that if your tax is complex and takes longer than THEY want, they will charge you a reopen fee. I have asked them for a refund and send them letters to direct any questions or phone calls to my power of attorney person, Beth Ortega. What they do, call me instead. I was advised not to talk to them as if they had the right intentions that they would refund my money. What they do? They blame me for not returning their calls. If anyone has to take responsibility is Washington Tax Services. Just stop wasting my time and refund what you owe me. For everything that I've been through with your company I will never give-up until you do what it is right: REFUND MY MONEY.
