NCRC big ripoff. All paid and not paying my bills. Coconut Creek

I've been signed on with NCRC or AMS services since 8 to help me with debts with creditors, They have not paid my debts on time and my balances have continued to increase, after they have turned in 3 proposals to the creditors, they continue to not make payments or make them late, they have taken 5 payments from my account and have not lived up to the agreement, The BBB of S.E. Fla. Have had numerous report on them and they continue to not make good. I have cancelled my agreement with them on breach of contract on 3/6
