I feel like a fool. I have a loan thru a Credit Union and I thought that this was something that went along with that.

I do not really have $37.00 to throw away and the notice states that it is 100% refundable after the first purchase.

Luckily, I guess, I logged on to find the web site for this company and found you instead.
