I had a Sprint PCS phone 5 years ago. After inaccurate billing continued for several months, and Spring customer service unwilling to rectify the mistakes and issues, my phone was cancelled, I was charged a $150 termination fee in addition to the past charges in dispute.
Over time my account was sold to a number of collection agencies, and after finally deciding to simply pay off the amount due and clear my credit history, I worked out a payment with Cavalry Portfolio Services in Tempe Arizona. After sending a money order for $275, I thought I had cleared my account. However it appears that my history is not clear, and I have just recently be directed to this site and learned of NUMEROUS other SPRINT/CAVALRY issues!!!
What is going on here? I am a law student, and am appalled by this behavior. If a class action suit is being filed, there will be PLENTY OF testimony across this country as to the fraudulent practices, and hopefully everything will be uncovered!
